Our basic plan includes active monitoring, preventative maintenance, and essential cyber security solutions.
- 24/7 Monitoring: Our dedicated team stays vigilant, ensuring early detection and swift response to potential network risks.
- Essential Cybersecurity: Spam and Phishing Filter, Antivirus on all managed devices plus endpoint detection and response (EDR) on all PCs and servers for protection against malware, viruses, and other cyber threats.
- Proactive Maintenance: Stay ahead of cyber threats and maintain peak performance of your network with scheduled system updates and patches.
- Remote Support Access: With the ArgoCTS remote monitoring program, you can reach our help desk for assistance and chat with experts during normal business hours.
- Equipment Procurement: We'll help you source the right hardware and software solutions to meet your business needs efficiently.
Pricing:
$25 per PC per Month
$50 per Server per month
Remote support: $150 per hour billed in 15-minute increments
On-site support: $225 for the first hour (includes travel fees up to 50 miles) and $150 for subsequent hours.
